With MoP officially announced recently, I think a lot of people feel some of the most fun they had in Mists was in twink brackets, rather it be level 70 or 80/85. I have some of my best memories from back in the day from playing competitive twink arenas. Not sure if blizzard even looks at forums anymore but a good change they can make between now and then is allowing twink brackets to q rated arenas, just like in the old days.
