Level 59 and Can't get DF quest in Org

I can’t get the entry quest for Dragonflight. I am level 59 and should be able to get it right?

60 is the required level to start the Dragonflight quests. (It was 58 earlier on the beta, so there may be some old info out there with the lower requirement.)
