My level 50 class quest Magecraft isn’t showing up on the npcs it is suppose to, bug or not in this patch yet?

My warlock one doesn’t show up either. Must be in phase 2.
Did you ever resolve this?
Guys, these class quests were not released until patch 1.7 which means they will not be released until Phase 4 when ZG is relased.
