Level 5 is all that's required to disenchant anything

Wasn’t changed until https://wowwiki.fandom.com/wiki/Patch_2.0.1

Please do your part to decrease the cost of enchanting materials. Every bank alt needs level 5 + enchanting.

I thought this was well known. All green BoEs you get 55+ should go straight to one of your bank alts with enchanting to be turned into greater eternal essences and Large Brilliant shards for money or enchants/librams for your main.

Im going to miss this in TBC classic when youll finally have to level enchanting to be able to disenchant higher level items.

I haven’t checked everything but everything I’ve checked so far vendors for more than it DEs for. Maybe that will change when I get to level 55.
