All of my conduits are nerfed, I was at conduit changing spot in Bastion and checking out tool tip of conduits and alll of them are nerfed example condensed anima sphere used ti be at 5% and now is at 2% is this a bug or is this intended?
It was like this for the entire duration of the PTR, I believe it is intended. It’s that way for every class.
Are empowered conduits from renown disabled too? Because none of my conduits are going up in value (light blue% values) when I socket them into an empowered slot.

Same issue. Purchased and used Vessel of Profound Possibilities but none of the key stats in my conduits increased.
