At what level can a hunter tame a level 25 elite?

cant tame any thing higher lvl than u are and some elites are not tamable ā€¦ use ur beat lore to see

almost sure you can tame +2 levels above you.

Non elite beasts you are suppose to be able to tame at 2 levels higher, but elites you can only tame if they are your level or under.

My remix hunter just made level 25 and tamed a Wild Onyx Serpent
