Typically with the pre-purchase of the next expansion. Which, if it is to be released next year, pre-purchase might be in february/march. I could be wrong but I am basing this off of BFA’s pre-purchase which was when Allied Races were unlocked

It might also be possible that 9.0 will bring a new levelling system (max being 60) so boosts may or may not be present. I guess the only thing is to find out more at Blizzcon

I was leveling a horde priest (i know, filthy traitor but i wanted to see the bfa story, alliance doesn’t get one) and someone said you can get 110-120 in 3 hours with level 25 pet battles.
Not sure how it works but yea.
Probably never, since the next expansion will likely squish levels back to 60.
Then it will be called a level (tentative number) boost
I want to boost a Demon Hunter and nevee play it like my DK

I have to level allieds for armour. A few core races I’d love to shoot to 120 and be done with it.
110? yeah, no. BFA leveling looked forward to with as much joy as 60-80. that is to say…none. 110-114 not so bad. Scale hits 115/116 and I just go wtf. My enemies got some good steroids here. Where the hell can I get those same steroids?
Hopefully not until 9.0.
