I have done level 11 bountiful delves all week with coffer keys and 1 with Delver’s bounty map. The loot shows I earned the gilded crest, but they are not being added to my total crests in currency. I am not capped on gilded crest. Anyone else having this same issue?
You can only get gilded crest from 3 tier 11 delves per week.

From delves, you have a lower cap of 31 gilded crests per week, because if you’re looking for that reward, blizzard will railroad you into M+.

Nope. Not me. I got 31 gilded crests this week.
It has to be bountiful, and the map I think gives you guilded even if you already capped at 3/3.

I wish people were more open to content capping out on rewards.
Delves are clearly easier to succeed in than M+, and M+ is clearly easier to succeed in than Raid (of the more or less equal levels, of course).
Yet everyone wants to have access to Myth Track rewards anyway. It’s silly.
I’ll never really be on board with it unless Blizzard one day separates the PvE Pillars entirely so the gear from 1 doesn’t affect the other 2.

Nah. I’m cool with slowly earning things in Delves only. It makes sense.
Did you loot the little mini Gilded Chest at the end of the Bountiful? You don’t need a key for the Gildeds. You just need to run the 11s on Bountiful and the first 3 you run will have the Gilded Chest. It’s tiny. Usually set a little ways apart from the others.

If you’re capped on gilded crests then it will show you acquiring them in the chat log but you won’t actually get them added, because you’re at the cap. If it isn’t this, you can open a bug report ticket or post on the bug report forums.
same here, I’m not capped, did 4 level 11 delves, got only 2 gilded coffers at the end, even when at start said it should do…

You only get 31 Gilded a week from Delves. You also need to be mindful of the overall cap.
3 Bountiful Delves will give you the mini chest with 7 Gilded each. It is a separate chest and it must be a Bountiful. Keys are not required. But make sure the door is golden before you walk in. If that bugs out, so does the Bountiful buff on the Delve.
1 Tier 11 with a Bounty Map gives you 10 Gilded.

It really isn’t 31 and that may be confusing people. It’s a limit of 21 from completion and then they won’t show up on D11 entrance screens anymore.
Delve maps give extra beyond that cap, depending on difficulty.
The Gilded crest box limit is still shown. It’s with the little tiny affixes like how many Nemesis packs there are and will show you how many coffers you have left to loot for the week. Which is a little strange instead of having it on the right side with the rewards but that is how it is currently.
