Level 1 Ghost Black Lotus Spawn Campers

I’ve reported these guys multiple times and nothing seems to happen. Unfortunately on my server in all 4 potential Black Lotus spawn zones, they are there. If you do a /who winterspring or /who silithus you will see a bunch of level 1’s . My proposed solution to this if they are not going to ban these guys, is to force ghosts back to the graveyard after say 10 minutes.

That’s because they’re doing nothing wrong.

Or we could increase the spawn locations. Instead of 8 spawn locations per map, make it 80. Also, increase spawn frequency and make them a random drop from other herbs

Blizzard will do nothing because that is one guy paying 165$ a month while you are paying 15. It is garbage, yes, but it is clear they will not address this.

Vendor could sell them for 5g.

Not asking to ban the accounts. Just force the level 1’s away from the spawns and gg supertroll

Please point out where they’re violating the EULA.

I’ve added a helpful link:

what have they done wrong?

If you ever click report a player, the first thing that it says: World of Warcraft is intended to be a fun, fair, and safe environment. This is definitely something not fair.

you are trying to call the cops on a bird watcher. just stop. live your life.

Why would they be banned? What rule are they breaking? Please tell us.

Wow people don’t really read all the replies do they, but I’m probably just only talking to trolls. @Pags just no.

ignore the lotus multi boxers
That aside yes either increase the spawn rate or add more. As most of the level 1 ghosts are either
Multiboxers or a bot farm preventing people from having an actual chance at getting a spawn

Probably using a bot to alert them when the lotus spawns, maybe not all of them, but some of them are using a bot similar to a finishing bot.

They are most likely RMT, so now they are doing something wrong. These guys aren’t just farming Lotus and spending couple hundreds of dollars for no return, get real.

It’s not a bot, its a scan addon. The problem is isn’t that what they are doing is against TOS, its they are most likely participating with selling for gold or items for real money. So it’s only a matter of time action is taken.

Maybe I’m missing something, but how is a level 1 able to pick a Black Lotus? If they can’t pick them then all they are doing is monitoring the spawn which another character will then come to pick?

If the above is true then another question. Why does everyone assume there are multiple paid accounts involved? Couldn’t you just use a trial account to monitor the spawn and a paid account to pick?

If the above is possible, then with the cost of Black Lotus I’d guess there could be multiple people camping/watching the spawns. Yes, it makes it very competitive to get Black Lotus, especially on a high pop server, but doesn’t indicate anything being done that anybody couldn’t do.

They don’t pick the spawns they scout the spawns
If you ever do a /who there’s times on certain servers where you’ll see like 30 or more level 1s in lotus zones as they’re either bots or a multi box farm scouting as the timer is likely up soon

Trial accounts cannot play WoW classic. All their 10+ accounts are being payed for either via gold buying tokens in Retail or paying straight out for it.

These guy might be doing things legit, they are most likely participating in RMT (Real money trading), they are selling off gold and items for real money, which is against TOS/EULA. Usually Blizzard takes a while to ban this and bots, usually manifesting in a big ban wave.

So, report the bot.
