Let's update Garrison Training Dummies

Level 3 Garrison training dummies are level ~40. Let’s make them raider’s and dungeoneer’s dummies for characters at level 50 (and then 60).

Might help with some lag around the dummies in large cities if players know they can come to their Garrison to test their new abilities when Shadowlands drops.

Let’s update garrisons completely. Give me a spot outside of stormwind I can make my own.

With updated mine/herbs/etc and more building styles and customization. :+1:

Awesome idea. I still primarily hang out in my Garrison.

I’d like new monuments too!
