Though, if I’m honest my favorite for special occasions would be St. Honoré cake (though almost impossible to find in the US).

Used to be Keylime, but my kids and wife discovered peanut butter pie recently and I have to move my green citrus friend to second place.

For pie? Mincemeat.
For dessert? The cake my wife makes for my birthday. It is a three layer, made from scratch yellow cake with enough home made chocolate frosting to make my pancreas cringe.

Apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
During the holidays it would have to be pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream.

I am pretty ok with most desserts.

But if you give me coconut in anything, I will break you in half.
