Takes too long, inefficient route, it’s faster to swim back and forth.
Umm…who designed this thing? It needs to be recoded badly.

I love seeing how much of a head start I can give the boat and still beat it.
It was designed by George.
George was very proud of his work on the island and wanted to make sure you saw it in all its glory.
Also they use an ocean-capable ship to ferry people not even a quarter mile away.
That ship would have better use in the war effort. Not a good use of resources. I need to speak with the leaders about this.
Captain Placeholder commands the SS Feathermoon.

Just swim. Or fly to the fp in Eastern Feralas, Thalanaar, or whatever it’s called. It’s faster that way. The only reason I deal with Feathermoon is because there’s no hearth in Thalanaar so it’s the closest I can hearth to DM.
That’s not the point of my post though.
Just imagine if they put fatigue water between the island and the mainland, and it was wide enough you couldn’t make it.
Clearly they need to put sharks with laser beams attached to their heads in the water.
Or ill tempered sea bass.
As someone who played alliance exclusively in vanilla, my initial thought upon seeing the thread title was “Wait, there’s a boat to Feathermoon Stronghold??”
It’s always George’s fault
Fun fact that I just found out or that I failed to remember but if you summon onto the boat while it’s moving they fall through into the water
Fun Fact: George is also the guy who designed Lightwell.
Every time you don’t click it, you make George cry.

I got a friend named “George”, and it’s always his fault. I’m happy to make him cry

Shush, don’t tell them our secrets!
