Rank3 Scout’s march foot enchant gives the same amount of speed as the enchant from Dragonflight, Plainsrunner’s Breeze (both give 250 speed rating).

For reference, Dragonflight’s Bracer enchant gives 200 speed rating, War within speed bracer is 1000 rating.

Fix/Buff Scout’s march.

Do tertiary stats work in instanced pvp?

Yeah, they didn’t update some of the stats going from df into War Within.

Enchants and talents do, “forged” or rng/rolled ones don’t.
