Surely they need to see some of their mobility and damage tuned back for the health of the game.
When there is NO counter play that is what makes arena a terrible experience.

Yes absolutely. 50% of someones health in 3 seconds is a good spot for high burst.
Healthy ttk usually around 6s imo. Maybe a bit longer ideally but this is a burst meta after all

I think its fine on its own, its echoing that causes the issue, im fine with being stunned, bursted. I played RMP exclusively for the last 8 years. What im not fine with is being 100-0d through defensives with no means of counterplay, but thats an evoker issue mainly as far as defensives go.
You’ll remember rmp was still a top tier comp, with everyone running that corrupted bleed

Subtlety has the best toolkit its why i enjoy it. But idk damage isnt that high compared to most.

Its not up to me but the toolkit is way too accessible too often. I think the kit flows fine sub rogues should have reliable burst and control thats their staple but not 24/7
