The system wasn’t built to have alts funnel banked expulsom; making that change now disadvantages those without alts sitting on expulsom, and it has never been WoW’s style to disadvantage not having alts so far as I can remember.

Expulsom is pretty much the way they found to keep the market alive and keep mats at high price that and warfronts dailies. I kinda hate it, but I understand why it exist. What I don,t understand is why the new crafts refund less mats than those before this expansion.

Summarize your argument in 10 words or less.
I would have loved some paragraphs in there but if you aren’t selling crafted gear you should have no problems with getting enough for your own characters needs.
And the people selling well they should be charging for the time/cost of creating it.
Expulsom is guaranteed from trinkets scrapped. You are guaranteed expulsom almost a couple of times each week from profession quests and/or area turnins. Check mechagon, nazjatar and boralus daily as well as the map for profession quests in the areas. You also get expulsom from scrapping azerite gear. That is an easy 20 expulsom a week at least.
And if you are going to play that kind of RNG lottery for stats, that is your choice. You could conceivably go through all the expulsom on your entire account and still not get the stats you want.
I personally think you are wasting mats on 455 gear you are going to replace in a month or so.
Or, they could at least make it just a little bit easier to get trinkets - like maybe have the turtle emissary actually give one once in a while, instead of always ALWAYS giving rings, so that you could scrap them.

Azerite gear gives you expulsom now and my rogue who needs expulsom for both blacksmith and wand gear is able to find a few trinket quest daily.
I’m sure hundreds of people have already submitted a suggestion, but they don’t give a F. All they care about is dragging out every aspect of the game. Some of these items require 50+ expulsom to create one piece, which is just completely insane.

I have a ton of expulsom on my druid that I cannot use because Inscription is maxed out. Meanwhile I don’t have enough on my warlock or paladin to continue levelling jewelcrafting and tailoring/enchanting.
Huh… I was not aware of that.
They just started that since 8.3. I am not sure if it has to be a certain ilvl or not. I was just surprised I got 3 expulsom the other day from 2 trinkets and piece of azerite gear.
Blood of Sargeras was the equiv in Legion and yes, you could move them between alts (and also for a long while generate them from mission boards)…
