Yes the cute lil vulpera boss in Freehold.

Who designed this encounter? can they please tell me why Grapeshot ( her avoidable dmg ability ) does less dmg than Powder shot ( her random target targeted ability that isn’t avoidable outside of cheesing it )

Why does an avoidable ability deal less dmg than an unavoidable ability?
