Let's talk 49 Twinks

Personally I’m not really looking forward to 60 content as much as I am towards 49’s! I plan to roll a Hunter for farming and then funding multiple twinks. So far I want to “Main” a 49 Holy Paladin, and then make either a POM + Pyro Mage or another Hunter

  • Who else is looking forward to playing in this bracket?

  • What will you be rolling if so?

  • Which server have you chosen(and faction)?

  • Do you have any fond memories of the 49 twink bracket?

  • What specs do you think will stand out, and which will be low tier?

  • Which professions will your twink have?

I am tbh. Back in vanilla i use to run a huge 19 twink guild on frostmane.

I never really had any lvl 49’s to twink. Is it really balanced or are there far superior classes per bracket like 19 / 29? Rogue / Hunter

From what I hear it’s the most balanced twink bracket but I have no first hand experience. Most of my twinking experience was in the F2P bracket on Aerie Peak

I prefer to play the level 49 bracket.

All classes can have access to their capstone talents.

Warriors/Paladins with plate, Hunters/Shaman with mail – this helps reduce the edge that Rogue and Hunter twinks tend to have (and Warrior twinks, to a lesser extent).

Everybody has a fatkid mount – this makes the battleground less about which team has more druids (or the imbalance if the Horde team has a Shaman but the Alliance team has zero Druids). And it gets really boring running around AB without a mount.

I’ll probably have a Rogue and Priest (Horde) and Rogue and Paladin (Alliance) tradeskill-alt/Level 49 twink.
