It’s crazy how much everyone just seems to wanna argue. I don’t get it. Debate is one thing but it almost instantly always turns to garbage so fast. A shame really.

Hah, yes. There are some people that just want to be a raincloud on every post. I typically just go to their profile and mark as Ignore Forever, and then smile every time I pass a little “ignored post” link in the middle of an otherwise interesting thread. Sometimes I’ll open it to check if I was hasty in my original Ignore Forever, and I haven’t undone one yet.
Let’s fix the odds a bit: OP - The Acherus Knight’s transmog is one of the best in the game, and you made a good choice. Also I hope you enjoy Season 3.

The other problem we run into is we have a couple of different types on the forum:
- Post Lifers: people who feel they have to post in every single thread and act like moderators while racing to 100,000 posts
- Click baiters: people who start off, saying one thing and then completely dive into an entirely different tangent solely to get people to click on the post. Also known as the thinly veiled post.
- Forum Warriors: people who feel the urge to fight whether it’s in their own defense or in someone else’s and usually defending blizzard
- Trolls: mostly harmless. They like to come into the threads and make a weird random spam comments to derail the conversation, or they know how this person reacts, and they deliberately say things to get under their skin.
There are probably 20 other archtypes, but let’s face it at the end of the day. It’s just a fan site and we are all still human beings. Anybody who takes anything seriously here probably needs some fresh air and a long walk in a grassy state.

This is my main, although now that we have cross-realm guilds, I’ve taken to spreading my alts across other US realms so that while I’m in-game, I still have “my name”, and the realm becomes a theme appropriate last name. As an obvious example here, Windrunner is a pretty rad last name for a hunter, KirinTor is a rad last name for a mage, Silvermoon for my BE paladin, etc.
I realize the forum’s architecture is a product of its time, but I do wish I could somehow summon and merge all of my posts on the forums on alts over the years, or send a message to myself 20 years ago saying “make a level 1 forum alt and only post on that”. I have lots of threads I’d love to go back and find, but I can’t remember which alt I wrote them on, and/or I renamed/transferred them at some point and they were lost to eternity in the forum database. I’d pay real money for a one-time “take all of the forum posts on my account and retroactively attribute them to a single avatar.”

I used Irish Spring for probably 20 years until my partner said “uhhh, you know that is why your skin is always dry, right?”. I didn’t believe it so I switched to a plain old Dove bar for a week and went “oh”. I don’t use Irish Spring anymore.

Totally. Dr. Bonners soap is amazing. Doesn’t stick to you. Has no smell and it leaves you very clean feeling. I refuse to use anything else. Most people think soap is what’s cleaning you…it’s not. Soap is only creating a disruption in the way water is able to get under dirt…so it can come off. Some soaps don’t even do that much because of all the stuff in them. It’s why dawn dish soap is so effective. It’s basically just straight lubricant.
That’s the least intelligent explanation of soap ever. And Dr. Bonner just wants you to read the bottle and get brainwashed. Loser.

Lmao. Ok. Soap really isn’t cleaning you though…elbow grease and soap are. Unless your soap has some sort of antibacterial chemicals in it…it is literally just lube.
