this is how it works at every bracket. the level 32 doesn’t have access to the same gear a level 38 does and so it goes. why should it be any different in 61-69?
That’s nice and all, but were talking about the fact they have xp turned off, so obviously, yes, they have more gear, but they shouldn’t even be in the bracket with that, aka an exploit. How did we go from talking about how the exploiters are ruining pvp to Gear diff obviously, there is going to be a Gear diff, but it’s not what this is about it’s about them cheating/exploiting and farming people while never leaving the bracket cause of the exploit in which they would hit 70 ages ago and fighting max level players which knowing half these people they would get stomped. doesn’t help if time walking isn’t up unlike this week you will never have as much gear as them by the time you hit 69 you will b in 318 while they are in full 340

or maybe its a player utilising more of the game than you are and you’re jealous.
you chose to rely on other players on your team to carry you to a win for welfare leveling xp. the person one shotting you is playing MORE OF THE GAME THAN YOU ARE and your kneejerk reaction is to cry and hand wringing instead of gearing your alt?

I can kinda believe that it is real too, based on a certain druid in what used to be the 80’s bracket before the big squish, it’s a boomy that I have never seen level out of that bracket no matter how many games I have seen them play.
They still play that same bracket to this day, but even at massively reduced exp. they would eventually level out, so there has got to be some quiet cheat somewhere.
I twink too, but cheating or graveyard camping is not my thing.

Farmed one of the Rogue/Priest combos in AB earlier, two games later they’re running a five man of the exploiters lolol

No they arent technically.
To get characters in BIS gear youd have to lock experience, farm dungeons/rep/etc for quite awhile. Spend hefty amounts of gold/time/etc.
Then when youve finally got them geared out youd have to turn xp back on. Eventually youd level out and youd have to reroll/level/and spend all that time farming BIS gear again to play in that bracket again.
But you aren’t leveling out like intended. You are exploiting to keep it off
You are lazy if you turn off xp. You ARENT playing the game. If you dont want to have to level out and reinvest in a character to twink again you are LAZY.
And the crazy thing is you have the audacity to say levelers passing through are lazy when you wont gear toons that will eventually level out yourself.

Blizzard probably gets revenue share from the xpoff website/forum and doesn’t want to jeopardize that extra income they receive.
While that may sound funny and improbable, you have to wonder how hard it is to fix something as simple as an xpoff script these hackers are using.
Hes either entirely missed the point that exploiting is the issue or he exploits himself. Im guessing from other posts its the latter.

lol this is the best tinfoil hat response so far keep up the good work! altho i have maintained for years that blizzard devs watch what twinks do to live beta test the game and find broken stuffs.
You can’t even lock experience post 60 anymore, so.
They should simply remove the xp off debuff from players entering the bg.
Never stop reporting them. Point out the debuff to your team and tell them to report as well. Action will be taken eventually but it’s rarely sufficient and often too late. Still, report.
Wont get in to exactly how its done. They are using a debuff that was implemented to prevent people on lower level characters boosting people to max level. At one point a 110 dh could solo farm dungeons and boost people to max level. This involed them having xp off so now when you join a dungeon with someone in your party with xp off you get this debuff.

Party sync and scaling were bad ideas.
