Blizzard didnt expect these numbers. They got blind-sided and may be missing out on a big opportunity due to this slip up.

i think they are being smart about it, trying to avoid the months and months of people whining about dead servers, eventually.

I honestly don’t know. I think merging servers later would of been a better option. Real merging though not the half hearted love version.

Blizzard won’t merge servers. They are opposed to doing that.
Because the leadership had the attitude you think you do but you dont. Its time for new leadership IMHO. These guys are so out of touch

i see they advertise the game on twitch or whatever but people cant login sooo im pretty sure blizzard is ok. I don’t think you have to worry about a big company like them.

Problem with merging servers is people might lose their character names, and even Ion said it’s all about your character identity.
You lose your name, you lose your identity. How do you decide who loses? What would be fair? I don’t know, and I wouldn’t want to be the one to make that decision either.
