They did finally fix the Undead eyes for Death Knights that I’ve been complaining about. Now just fix the high pitched reverb and we’re golden

Great photo you took in front of Bwonsamdi’s evil moon thingy.
I do appreciate the new eyes. Arthas including his role as the Lich King is one of my favorite characters of all time, even beyond WoW, so looking more like him is a great plus. Now we just need Shadowlands to make his armor usable for transmog!

Ugh, yeah. The voices sound horrible for Forsaken DKs, or the males at least. I haven’t actually ever tried a Female Forsaken DK.

All of the eye glows have received drastic improvement. Elves look less “girly” I would say. Though, I’d say the female models are still top tier. Especially in darker lighting, green eyes or even void elf blue eyes truly look amazing. Gold eyes, not so much.

Oh you know what speaking of which, the eye glow update in general has utterly ruined the value of helmet transmogs like the Dreadwake helmet from Antorus or Acherus Knight’s Hood. They just look ridiculous now and that’s my one gripe with the eye glow update. Don’t really like looking at my Death Knight now because I like to use helmet transmogs on him especially.

They look pretty great! Void Elves/Death knight eyes have a pretty similar look now
Sorry, I disagree… I’m not a fan of the new eyes at all. It looks like bright blue, glowing eye shadow with black eyeliner. It seems to work a little better on DK’s that have the ‘undead’ vibe to their look, the ones that already had the darkness/black smokey shadow under their eyes before the new look was applied - but even then I still don’t particularly like it, and it looks absolutely horrible otherwise. I’m hoping Blizz gives us a barber shop option to switch back.
They really do. Now, the cherry on the ice cream would be, with SL eye customization options, DK could opt for red and sickly-green colors to match their spec!
DK have unique customization options already, plus Archerus have many DK npcs with eye colors representing their specialty.

I’m not too crazy with the little smoke model coming out of the eyes, but i’m glad the eye textures are sepperated into it’s own thing, which means eye colors can finally exist.
