Title says it all. I’m sure this has been barred in Classic partially due to it just not being a “Classic” thing, and also obviously because they want to get the extra subscription out of you.
However, you allow us to do it in Retail and this was allowed in the OG Cata. So, I don’t see why they shouldn’t start allowing us to do this now.
You have been able to transfer characters across accounts since the original Vanilla.
The private server repack emulator they are using right now unfortunately is too broken to even consider implementing this.
