Let us reset the key if all leave the key less than 5 minutes

Like the title said, it will surely improve QoL of mythic plus.

Honestly wouldn’t be a bad idea all things considered.

I think that’s great idea!

sounds good! we can start every key with a massive, risky hail-mary pull and if it goes sideways just reset and try again.

A guildie just came online. Kick the pug and get Jimmy! We can start over.

Edit to clarify that I think this would be uncool.

Remove key depletion, similar to how delves work.

Allow us to select any completed key level and add an item level restriction to protect healers.

No, go back to gd.

The rewards would need to be adjusted for that then.
Failed keys would either:

  • not reward crests
  • not reward gear
  • not reward valor stones
  • not give that key’s worth for Vault.

There still needs to be balance otherwise raggedy-anne and Steven could bash their heads against a wall until a 10 was completed and do that over and over.

As for the topic itself:
5 minutes is quite a long time in a key, that can be one boss or just grtting to first boss.
Id say 2-3 minutes is a good time limit. Thats maybe 2 trash pulls.

I’m not 100% sure that’s such a bad thing. That basically describes raiding and anyone that’s dedicated enough to work through the mistakes has earned the right to loot. I think there would have to be a stipulation that you could only retry the key with the same party members else it would deplete.

I was in a +2 Stonevault. The tank decided to pull everything up to the first boss. He rezzed and hearthed out. There are people who are just trolling now.
