Every time I consider whether or not to go outside a city to duel with people for fun while I still require head drop, I almost always forego that decision in favor of afking in the city. Is there a solution where we could expand the range of city based world buffs to compensate for people that are inclined to dueling? or even rather allow dueling inside cities? :> (allow the buff to be gained while dueling, as would be a natural hazard to the integrity of said duel being agreed upon previously.)

The Classic playerbase is wild with their level of insane min/maxing nonsense.

It’s called a world buff so everyone in the entire world should get it.
i dont see why duels in town couldn’t be a thing. Would be fun for the AFK in town folk to watch a duel in the courtyard while they chat with their guild
only for rend buff i believe
