I left this crap on the mob for a reason. i dont want it. please let me delete my mail thats clogging my mailbox. its just gonna sit the 30 days before it auto deletes.

Let us talk to the Postmaster to turn this option off, maybe.

just let us delete it. The postmasters great for current raids. i leave my loot on the boss so people dont beg me for my drops.

i do. i have a different set of gear for raid, m+, frost m+, frost raid, pvp, legacy, and like 5 different leggos to boot

Yes, and a full bank, with all bag slots taken up by the highest bag size.

And full reagent banks on multiple characters.

And a bank alt that owns her own guild entirely for the purpose of having an 8 tab guild bank, which is also mostly full.

What kind of item is it, I have to ask? Quest items especially probably will not be able to be deleted to avoid issue, I don’t remember getting grey items.

Even if we don’t why do we have to collect it then delete it? Why not just be able to delete it from the mail box.

I mean, you’re only going to want to delete it if your bags are full or if you can’t sell it, otherwise it’s free gold

At best it is a few gold. Not really worth my time. I don’t need gold for much of anything anymore. And being able to delete it from the mail box wouldn’t stop someone who wanted to sell the stuff still.

i have plenty of gold, i dont care about 100g from a random boss. 100g isnt worth the time to loot and vendor shuffle everything

Great! You can still sell it. What does providing an option for others to delete it stop you from getting all the gold you can get?

And I answered it and then we got onto the subject of gold. The answer is I don’t want to have to take the extra step to sell something. Is it a big problem? Nope. It happens enough that it turns into a major annoyance each and every expansion.
