You have the technology. Its just a very simple thing XIV does that gives everyone that little bit of time to talk in between things. This game definitely has enough load screens now to justify it.
They already do.
Have you not used the gateways between zones yet? Those are just artificial loading screens.

It’s 100% relevant. We already use this technology. It is done between the new zones.
Okay, I am talking about the load screens in the game. The ones with the bars that come and go all the time…the real load screens not fake ones. I don’t have a clue how you read “let us chat in load screens” and it translated in your head to “let us chat in fake load screens.”
I am talking about the frequent load screens for dungeons, hearthing, bgs, etc etc etc. The real load screens. We should be able to chat in those.
that would be nice. no need to reload whole ui for a zone change. chat could probably stay up and active
