Let us Adopt more Non-Combat Kid "Pets"

I love my dutiful Squire and dutiful gruntlings on my human and orc characters. I also like my ghost draenei girl on my draenei characters.

Overall, I just love the idea of my characters having a kid or a squire that goes on adventures with them.

Please make the currently existing child versions of playable races obtainable in-game. It’s Children’s Week and I gotta decide which reskinned model of pet #2834712097841 I want more over the other.

How about we get to adopt the kids?

It would be pretty cool but we failed the test with the whole "dragging children into extremely dangerous situations. Children’s Week is secretly a trial period for foster parents. However, when the kids start telling their caretakers about what we did together we get blacklisted for the year.

Yeah… but I can’t have my own little humanling running around, punching squirrels in the face!

These are great, though none of them are playable races.

We’ve had human and blood elf and draenei children in the game for so long, yet except for human male and orc male (which we have 2 of each as squires/gruntlings), we have not gotten a regular run-of-the-mill, civilian-clothed version.

Imagine how awesome it would be if they introduced undead children. The story would be so dark! So sad! It’d be a nice depth added to the game. Perhaps one of them could even be a major lore character. And, it’d be sweet to have 'em as a “pet.”

Yes! Send the kids to fight the monsters, while I keep the loot.

Worgen is a playable race

Oh! Oops. Hah, you got me there. Granted, that’s a feral worgen. Oh, that reminds me, they do have Gilnean kids, too. It’d be cute if they could turn into the feral worgen form every so often, when we went into combat or something. xD

Worgen aren’t really a race. They’re basically humans who don’t know how to shave and have a chocolate allergy.

I would really like to adopt an uncasted zandalari child. I can teach them to kill and tame dinosaurs.

Lovefool would be a bad influence on the children.

It would be nice to see more hidden quests like the Uuna one. Even though she’s non combat she’s my fav pet.

More children pets please.

I would absolutely teach children valuable skills.

Sewing! This is how you stitch your arm back on!

Anatomy! You need to know how to view a body for the best parts! How to kill a Worgen in both disgusting human form, or vile furred form! A valuable skill for a child, indeed.

Phrenology! You need to be able to properly appraise a skull before you start to pluck out eyes, otherwise you end up with ones that don’t fit!

Give me all your children. I promise they won’t end up undead!

I renamed mine,

“Boogerlicker”

When I found out you could rename them.
Is that what other players see? I’d like that.

I also like to get Uuna out, during Children’s week. Then I emote that my orphan died.

I want kids that participate in professions.

A “non combat pet” that is a kid that mines for me or picks a herb for me if I am nearby one.

What good is a kid if you can’t make use of loop holes to child labor laws.

I have a pet that loves children! Not in the way you think, I don’t think I can link him but you’ll find him on my profile page!

Me too. Kratos had one in God of War. We should have at least one here as well.
