Let Unholy summon Abomination

Currently, Abomination is just a pvp talent but its really such a cool talent.

I would love to see it included in Unholys PvE kit. Its just such a cool(and cute) thing.

Maybe put it towards the bottom of Unholy talent tree and let it be either just another summons or even an upgrade to the basic ghoul.

Ideally it wouldnt replace ghoul as thats my mainstay sidekick.

Would be really fun if Unholy could bring out Abomination, Gargoyle, Apocalypse minions, Army of the Dead minions all while having out main ghoul.

Anways, I love Death Knight and Unholy. That’s all Ive got.

Haha I see what you did just there. :face_with_monocle::joy:

I see you on these DK forums a good bit and find myself often in agreement with your posts. What do you think about having Abomination as a PvE accessable pet?

Imagine being in combat and having your main ghoul(that can Dark T), an Abomination, Garry, along with the miscellaneous ghouls, ghasts and skeletons from Apoc and Army.

Now THAT would be a fun way to play Unholy.

Heh, been there done that. :stuck_out_tongue: I, at least, try to be accommodating when it comes to posts.

I remember Abomination was a talent that you allocated into that makes your Dark Transformation transforms it into a Flesh Giant. This talent was called Sludge Belcher. A talent that makes your Ghoul’s Claw (Used to be ST, now a cleave) always cleave as well as hook enemies to its position rather than leaping towards an enemy.

It was one of those talents that I had a good time with, now devolved into a pvp talent. :slightly_frowning_face:

There are many things I miss about old school unholy and this, next to Necrotic Plague, are one of them.

EDIT: I think this was in Legion or Cataclysm. I don’t remember which expansion granted Sludge Belcher.

Ahh. I played from. Vanilla-Warlords then quit and came back mid-BFA so I missed what a lot of folks claim was one if the better expansions in Legion.

Sounds fun tho! Would love to see Abomination come back.

I would rather see it as a separate summons than Ghoul/Dark Trans but would still be happy if it replaced it.

I only needed to read the title to agree!

The sludge belcher was a legion talent that was removed with bfa :pensive:

I’d settle for a glyph. It was one of my favorite abilities in legion and I’m disappointed it didn’t find it’s way into the new talent trees. All pet classes and druid have been neglected in terms of customization.

i would prefer to see a handful of undead types we can summon to fill different roles, similar to warlock, with abomb being one of them with tanking being his focus.

I wish we could get a glyph for it at the very least.

Dark transformation looked so much better when we had the abomination in Legion. I hate the cataclysm model with a passion.

Hey this could be really cool!

+1

I actually really love the current Dark Transformation version we have now, however, with the huge variety of undead models in the game(especially in Maldraxus) it would be cool to have a little variety in the Dark T form.

Maybe something like a barbershop of glyph option to make your Dark Trans more personalized and unique would be cool?

PVP talents are just awful in general. Theyve legit removed stuff that classes had for years and locked them behind pvp. They should unprune that stuff and allow them to be used whenever.

Different pets for different purposes would be great imho.

Abom for tanking, Gary for dps, and ghoul for aoe/CC would be fun. Just thinking out loud, can switch that up.

Abom in pve would be fun. Lower damage but roots/hooks/small aoe damage and high threat would be good fun.

I’m mainly a pvper myself, but I find myself hitting keybinds in pve for my pvp abilities, and it legit feels bad.

I feel so pruned in pve :frowning:

We really just need waaaaaaay more glyphs.

It’s an abomination of injustice that we’re so limited on pet customization.

Abomination is a really dun summons.

Replace Control Undead with a new talent.

Dominate Undead
Your time spent fighting the Maw Sworn and their domination magics has strengthened your own. Your Raise Dead ghoul is replaced with a more powerful undead with improved abilities.

Grants Dominate Undead ability which allows you to “tame” undead creatures to use as your Raise Dead ghoul.

Just cut and paste the Hunter mechanics, rename a few things. Bingo Bango we’re good to go.

Agree, This should be a talent for sure.

Heck i would settle for a couple of glyphs so you could choose between an abom or valkyire etc.

Glyphs would be acceptable as well.
