Let the player choose their login screen

I think the SL and BFA login screens are terrible. I’d rather have TBC or MoP playing when I disconnect.

Maybe even allow us to choose the theme and background separately, or a randomizer option.

Is there any game out there that allows you to choose your loading screens? What if I only like 1 or 2 from certain expansions and all of them from another?

I wouldn’t be against that, and I imagine it’s possible, but that’s not quite what I’m talking about.

Not that I know of, but I did change the login screen for Old Republic. It took putting one of the old backgrounds into a certain folder.

You could do that with WoW too, but I’m pretty sure they’ll ban you for it.

Ah, my bad. I read “login screen” as “loading screen.” I do miss the Wrath days of typing my login info and authenticator in as fast as possible to avoid Sindragosa landing and roaring.

I’d love this. I want to see the Sindragosa screen.

If it’s just adding a picture to a file folder, no. We didn’t get banned for having the sound folder or fonts folder.

If it’s actually changing base files, then yes.

If they didn’t destroy that programming I guess it is possible,but I wouldn’t want to see that style I had in wod ,ehhk.

You’d have to alter the game’s MPQ files, so yeah… :\

I am all for it! Seeing Deathwing on Stormwind’s towers or the Vale of Eternal Blossoms would be awesome!

I do not need to be reminded I’m in Shadowlands everytime I login.
