a ring has a teleport to boralus thats available.

Cosmetics would be my guess.

Once the content is trivial farming the currency would be easier. Also less populated so rares would have less people killing them.

I’m always looking for achievements. And also, if you’re one of the three playable Dwarf races, you get a unique quest with an abysmal drop rate.
