Yea, kind of odd they didn’t give us a prepatch date with the post about things going away with the prepatch.
Chill dude, they release beta rather late honestly, so it could be a bit of time before we see the prepatch.

With the virus going around it makes things a bit complicated for everyone and waiting for stubborn folks to follow health guidelines (guidelines will disappear when everyone works together). There are other games besides WoW.
I am ok how things are going. 2020 has been an odd year. So, I won’t be too harsh on them not telling us a release date or a pre-patch date. But if you wish to have an idea. try all Tuesdays in October as the pre-patch date and go a month or 5 weeks further to get your expansion date.

This year feels like a fanfiction writer has a field day writing it… There is many reasons I would be annoyed at blizzard but a release date ain’t one of those.
I am honestly still surprised they aren’t delaying shadowlands to next year

A release date means nothing… So what if they say November 14th and then push it back? Who cares about release dates… Saying it will come out this year is good enough for me.

Well mostly i like to use a day or two of vacation for the launch day, and the open slots are filling up fast at my work.
I figured as much… But then you would come back to the forums crying that you wasted a day off when the date changes.
“Soon” has been the Blizz mantra for years…
Eh. Not really. I know crap happens. Its not like they will wait until launch week to announce the delay.

I’m glad that Blizz doesn’t announce it if they are not sure themselves. I would prefer they wait til they are sure.
And my guess, it will be our Christmas present from Blizz. 
Don’t be like this. Biting into your burger before the meat is fully cooked is a great way to get salmonella poisoning.

I think they are taking a hard look at covenants. they really don’t want another azerite type problem.
I hope they take their time and get it right.
