Some are already friends with Forsaken. So that’s a foot in the door, make it that Leper gnomes grew tired of the being ignored by Mekkatorque and decided to embrace their cruel existence joining the Forsaken in full adding their strength to the Horde.

I am happy with that too but I don’t know how Ogre community will react. They want a proper one.
Do we at least get to use our own limbs as weapons then?
Probably poorly considering how people reacted to the Void elf compromise.
Outrage might be similar to high elf one.

I’m not sure that them serving as low level assistants or servants counts as being “friends” with them.
I don’t think it would be fair for them to use the kultiran model, not only it’s fair for alliance to keep it, but I think they should stop recycling things.
But Mok’nathal are long overdue regardless.
Leper gnomes will probably be a custom option and Twilight gnomes come Shadowland.
I lowkey think Leper Gnomes would be a core Gnome customization.
Lepers are already are working as slaves in the Horde.

I’d rather no more races that are defined by some effect they are under.
