Lemix conversion button missing

I was able to do some transfers this morning but now the button is gone again…

Transfer to retail down again?

I was able to transfer some characters from remix to retail this morning, but the icon is gone again… Anyone else having this issue? It seems like each reset if you are fast enough you can transfer a character and then it goes down again a few hours later… Are there any updates or posts from Blizzard about this?
