in 9.2 can we have this removed? it’s kind of unfortunate that people have to wait to get their meta legendary for a couple weeks, depending on when you hit 60. i guess the same can be said for certain Torghast legendaries. when anyone else can just run their raid or dungeon and instantly get it.

It’s the new type of time gate that absolutely needs to be abandoned with extreme prejudice.
The corruption vendor, world bosses, specific torghast wings, random weekly quests. Two week to months long progress lockouts.
These are probably some of most obvious and blatant middle fingers to players in the game.
But if as a company you’ve devolved to the point where it takes 8+ months to get a x.1 patch made, I guess you do what you got to do.

I just got my dk to 60 and have to wait for the revedreth boss to be up.
Just have all 4 up in 9.2 who cares? they drop low ilvl loot anyway and it’s a nice way to increase AP gains even more so.

Hard agree. It’s a silly system.
So is having legos from old raid tiers without bringing them over to the current one aswell.

No idea why they didn’t put them on a vendor in korthia for some stygia as a work around.

Came here to say this. We shouldn’t have to run an outdated raid for memories. Those specific ones should be added to a vendor, or added to SoD.

Buy the boost to renown 40, you get your covenant Lego soon after 40. This is in a lot of cases a better version of the go to Lego for your class. 500 gold. no headaches.
Especially since we have just been through this twice with azerite and corruption in bfa. I think with legos in legion too but I didn’t play legion so I am only trying to remember from what people have told me.
It’s things like that that make me sceptical that all this “listening” blizz is doing isn’t actually turning into any learning so won’t actually make a difference

They should just have all 4 up from the start, the gear is trash anyways and always was. The only reason they are even relevant is the legos they provide and a easy source of renown. Making people wait up to a month just to get their lego is stupid af.
Farther more if they do this to keep old content relevant in the given xpac it isn’t working. The only way old content remains relevant is if there’s no catch up gear each patch therefore forcing people to progress from the beginning of the xpac to the current tier. They can no do that anymore the uproar from players would be insane

I actually gave up on my leggo from Torghast, because the wing refused to be available for me. So I went with a different one and now I do 15k DPS on big pulls. I’m not gonna say what leggo or what class though, because it’ll get nerfed. 
15k is low man no offense my 229 aff lock can burst for close to 30k on pulls and thats nothing some players are able to do, so don’t worry 15k aint getting you nerfed
The character in question is not 229, nor a DPS.

Wait can’t you just get any missing legendaries through your covenant system with offerings? Just make sure you buy the gold purchasable ones from the covenant vendors so they are removed from the pool.
Can get it from twisting corridors you don’t have to wait for the wing to be one of the 2 options for the week.

Also, the leggo I mentioned DID get nerfed, but only by 5% in damage. I checked last night. It needs to be WAY lower, lol.
