I spent an entire expansion grinding the AH and professions to buy the feldrake. Then it was given for free for a twitch drop. It was legitimately months of my life for something that became irrelevant.
Now, they can’t give us mage tower artifacts for…what reason? Make it make sense.

Maybe the reason is more personal than we are expecting…
Because giving us the MT appearances would give us joy, that they don’t want us to be happy just to be attached.

People need to learn that nothing in this game is yours. It never will be. And it can be given and taken on blizzard’s whim.
The only reason I’ve ever heard for why they haven’t made Mage Tower skins available is again is they supposedly polled people in office about it (not sure if it was just the people with skins or not), and they wanted to keep them exclusive.
I think that’s stupid. Poll the community instead if you have to, even if it’s just the people who already own the skins. It was wild seeing how many people were happy to have the sparkle cat and stuff as a bug, and how many people who already had it and were happy others had it too, and they just went “yeah no one wants this, totally”. Come on, now.
Is it completely arbitrary? Absolutely.
By far and beyond it was the most asked for thing. Them and evokers to be added were top 2 by a long shot.
With that said they’re a private company, they are allowed to make decisions that disappoint people if they think it’s important for the game. This is copium on my part but the feedback will inform decisions they make with our (currently MoP) classic characters.
