Templates almost killed the PVP scene for PVP players in Legion.
But more PVE player did do PVP because of templates which was Brolinka’s goal. But it drove away too many PVP players which is why they went with the Battle for Abilities PVP system and then Systemanlands PVP systems after Legion.
