Legion didnt have talent trees. Legion had talent rows. Talent trees died in MoP, making it one of the worst expansions because of this fundamental change.

LOL. That is why the vast majority wants Mists Classes back over this BfA fiasco. Mist is one of the best expansions to date.

MoP is the expansion that ruined classes by homogenizing them all. Even though you had a million buttons to press, theres only so many things those buttons could do, and they started to overlap with what other classes had that were unique to them. MoP was the start of this mess.

I think they mean the artifact trees, which, much like the Cata trees, all of it got filled so there weren’t any real choices.
I would’ve preferred Blizz had expanded Cata’s trees in MoP and added the talent system in addition. I’m sure this didn’t happen because they thought they could better balance the classes with talents…well, here we are years later with as simplified classes as it’s ever going to get, and they’re still incapable of balancing classes. They struggle with this as a company, and I wouldn’t be surprised to learn it’s a main reason HoTs crumbled.
And that is your opinion. Which you are entitled to have. All the overwhelming evidence is to the contrary though.
Prunning itself is not bad, and it was needed at the time. All classes played VERY well and still had plenty of flavor and utility.

Some truth there. Although on the subject of HoTs I think it’s simply participation. You just can’t take down LoL, no matter what company you are.

especially the demon hunter ones where i could use nemesis and chaos blades… man they were so much more fun than what we get now lol.
feels bad.
i wish i could relive legion again.
i also liked the artifact weapon ten million times more than azerite gear
