So I’m leveling another character and decided to do druid and go through legion. I found that I can’t do the Scythe of Elune artifact quest because it requires you to use Solar Beam on Ariden to interrupt him so you can walk across the path without getting raped by ghost skeletons. It turns out Solar Beam is not available until level 26 lol so i guess this quest that you get right out the bat for balance druids is put on hold until you hit lvl 26.
Disable your add-ons, relog and try it again. They added an action button in case you weren’t high enough level to have Solar Beam

Ahhhhh i did not know that lol
It’s still a little buggy. Some times it doesn’t show right away, but I’m assuming that’s got a lot to do with interface failures thanks to addons
