So unfortunately a lot of this quest chain is locked behind rep and we are not going to get legion time walking anytime soon again so whats the quickest way to farm these reps? Doing the story lines does not give you enough rep anywhere near that you need for some of them.
We literally get Legion TW next week?

Wow so we are reliant on either TW for this or WQ / emissaries which can take months. WHat a trash game.
It is time consuming but it is easily doable. The worst time gate in regards to artifact appearances (in my opinion) is the Unleashed Monstrosities achievement. I wish that one was account wide.
It’s really not that bad tho. I created a fresh DK and completed Balance of Power within a couple weeks of them getting to 60. Just do the WQ’s daily, do the emissaries. This was before Legion TW.
Complete all the quests for the zones that you need the rep for as well. Balance of Power is an achievement you should be proud to show off when its completed.
Not everything in a MMO should be completed in one day, it is okay for stuff to be a little bit of an investment.

LOL you expect me to do EVERY quest in old content for an appearance. Nah, just label this game as trash and move on.
I’m not expecting you to do anything. You keep living your best life doing whatever it is you do. I’m just saying that it’s not a bad grind. It just takes a while.

It takes a small amount of time each week, as all the content is trivial.

World bosses. They aren’t “quests” in the usual sense. During Legion people who routinely killed world bosses got that achievement before unlocking Balance of Power.

Had to log into the app to check but I knew WoD was the last one we had which means Legion is next.
If you’re concerned enough to get an artifact skin for a class then that would likely entail you being concerned to do the whole campaign. Which would net you the mount. Yes they made one requirement for that account-wide recently but legion order halls are a treat to do even the lowest quality ones.
So given all that, and then doing all 12 that would naturally get you all followers (sans meatball and moros) for your mission tables. From there just passive run missions getting rep tokens for that character alongside the emissaries you would do.
Another assumption here:
If you care about paragon mounts then that means you have that character at exalted for that rep. If you do table missions with that character all rep tokens for that faction are BoA if that character is exalted. After you get the paragon mount (for Balance of power being court of Farondis, valajar and nightfallen) just send them over to alts and use them during darkmoon faire/legion timewalking weeks only.
The content is not hard and you can blast out 3-4 classes at the same time comfortably.
Lastly the zone quests like bring you up to honored and the nightfallen storyline has no rep barriers for years so you can just play that your heart’s content until you can get that item from thalyssra.
I did all 12 in bfa with 1 class (was missing like 2-5 nightshards) having been almost done in legion. As for the reps I was exalted for all reps for 11 and half characters during legion itself. Purely from just doing the emissaries for lego chances/wakening essences back then. Also was going for paragon mounts too. It really isn’t hard and is not asking much like expecting you to get glad in your first season of pvp or clear all 20s with pure randoms.

Also to add on to this and no doubt mentioned by others you can just buy rep tokens from the legion vendor coming up.
Like right now go do the save chromie scenario. Blast that out until you complete all 4 shrines and portals. You’ll get badges and try to focus on building up your research with her before next week. Then come next week literally spam that scenario for badges (they come from the coffers) you can get 100-130ish badges per run (don’t even need to fully complete). Just reset and do again. After you get enough badges just buy the tokens to the point you need for balance of power. Repeat as needed for alts. This way is also the easiest way to get other items from timewalking vendors too like the mounts. No wasting time in dungeons for people unaware they can have OP items in timewalking to make dungeon runs last like 5-10 (bare minimum 15) minutes if you are doing it right.
Zone quests, WQs, dungeons, table missions.
Think that is about it.
