I am unable to convert my level 80 timerunner (several days old, I have TWW). Made a timerunner on a new class to me and having a blast but I want to play the main game with it now (and make a new timerunner to be left here for the timegated content over the coming months). Unfortunately, when I click the button and it warns “… you can not undo this decision are you sure? …” nothing happens. Still a timerunner.

Same problem. No fix or work around to my knowledge. No communication about it - whether it’s disabled; bugged etc.
Same, opened a ticket just to get the automated response of links to the website for troubleshooting. Would be nice to get some kind of answer if that feature simply isnt working or, are they even fixing it.
I opened a ticket as well, then pushed the ticket further and according to CS they didnt acknowledge an issue on their end but told me to try disabling add ons etc… so who knows.
