It seems as though the collector’s bounty was done in lieu of the legion raid mounts being put on the vendor.
Nope. They are not the same thing. Name a single vendor in the game that accepts the WoW Token as currency. Your delusional ranting is not the same thing as understanding how the game works. Which you’ve shown repeatedly that you have near-zero knowledge of anything about the game.
Already seen that backlash during WoD when Blizzard said there won’t be any flying.
It wasn’t. Please stop this nonsense.
We don’t know that yet, we haven’t gotten much info about remix yet, but again, there is no reason why they wouldn’t put the mounts on a vendor like they did with MoP, especially after the collector’s bounty.
If the collector’s bounty was a successful event that got a lot of subs, would it not be in blizzard’s best financial interests to do another collector’s bounty in the future?
And if blizzard just puts every mount in a vendor, then no one would care about collector’s bounty anymore, right?
Maybe two years from now when they can do it again with Dragonflight as part of the buff.
In the meantime, we’ll have Legion Remix with the Legion mounts to tide us over.
Because Remixes are also on massively long timers. MoP Remix was a year ago, with no hint of it coming back any time soon. So, you’re still wrong and you still have no idea what you’re talking about because you don’t play the game.
Maybe blizzard saw that there were reduced player metrics following MoP remix since people were no longer farming the MoP mounts.
Or perhaps blizzard noticed lower wow token sales because no one was buying the MoP mounts from the Black Market Auction House - those are both very good financial reasons for blizzard to not put the legion raid mounts on a remix vendor.
Thank you for stopping by and providing your input, I had a lot of fun chatting with you tonight
Or maybe they saw an increase in player metrics following MoP remix since people still had other stuff to farm.
You are vastly overestimating how many mounts show up on the BMAH.
The collectors bountry has nothing to do with Legion Remix. It is part of the Greedy Goblins event. Apples and Oranges.
You seriously need to actually play the game.
Did we have a collector’s bounty last time we had the first greedy goblins event?
No we did not.
Not really, there are 7 other expansions (not including MoP or Legion) worth of mounts to farm during said events, and there will always be the opportunity to add Dragonflight, War Within, and maybe even Midnight to the event depending on when it is brought back, giving an even larger selection of mounts to farm during the event.
Again, we do not know this, this is not info they put out, there is no reason to speculate something like that without any info on the sub and player numbers and what events impact them like that. But again, that wouldn’t make much sense as there are a ton of other items and mounts on the black market auction house that people will still buy, removing the few mop mounts that were on there wouldn’t have that big of an impact.
Ok, so you’re against what Blizzard says.
Most items on the BMAH just go for a very small amount of gold.
The MoP world boss mounts always went for gold cap (until MoP remix).
The gold capped mounts were:
- Zulian tiger
- Razzashi raptor
- Sha of anger mount
- Nalak mount
- Oondasta mount
- Brutosaur
50% of the gold capped items were basically removed from the BMAH sales.
Got any proof to back this up? Or is this more stream of consciousness babbling with no further thought behind it?
There evidence is always from Trust Me Bro.

And yet it came back. As it turns out, nothing is ever set in stone.
Yes exactly! Which means that just because mop remix had the mounts on a vendor does not mean that every remix will have the mounts on a vendor.
That is a very good point
And yet, I can’t wait to see the vendors having all 7 mounts from Legion Raids and Dungeons available for everyone in the Legion Remix.
