Compared to others, I’m getting around 1/5 of the inifinite power I should be getting. My Infinite Knowledge is stuck at 25, even after completing multiple achievements that should’ve raised it. When turning in a Fragmented Memento I get 25k, when I kill a mythic raid boss I get 200, and when I herb or mine I get less than 100.

Same issue here, was getting 70000 or so from fragmented memento, now getting 25k

Same here, I have tried on another character and by getting another infinite knowledge. No luck. Looks like all Infinite Power gains are nerfed as well not just the memento reward.
