Legion remix hype

How come y’all are not that excited on the forums ?

Everything that I need in retail was completed yesterday.

Time to spam remix. Why are you all so weak energy ? Not excited ?

I am excited, but what is there to tell? I played mop remix and I know what will generally happen. Is there anything in particular you are excited about?

Just surprised that the doom sayers are concerned about addons which is like long ways out but the event coming this reset is not being talked about ?

Kind of surprising.

I don’t think a lot of people have much to complain about as far as legion goes. Well not after all those threads about the mage tower not coming back. And usually, people make threads about things they disagree with.

Occasionally you get other stuff, like a few days ago I asked everyone what they were planning too main in legion.

I think a lot more people would be talking about it if it was the first ever remix, but since we just did one not too long ago, everyone knows how it’s supposed to work already. Trust me when Tuesday rolls around, people will find things they weren’t expecting and will start posting all about remix.

I made a post about it last week and didn’t feel the need to spam the forums with more.
I’m not a very excitable person, but I am very much looking forward to spending most of my waking hrs in remix.

Probably because Blizz already ruined it by nerfing what made MoP remix fun. That alone killed most of the hype.

They reverted a lot of those changes, and characters are still slated to become crazy OP in legion remix. The first two weeks should feel closer to retail power level, but it should spike pretty fast. Perhaps a bit slower than mop, but I remember my first character in mop not being that powerful until about a week of playing.

In addition to this, for people that use them, the addon news has stunlocked a lot of us. I was super excited for Remix and Midnight, and now I’m questioning if I’m going to give them much air time.

The fact the artefact powers aren’t the same is kind of a huge let down for me.

Like addons are not really what makes or breaks the game. They are giving us alternatives. It will take time to adjust.

Surprised players are not excited for new content coming this reset.

The whole forum is filled with Xbox, addons and more crying.

We got like so much more to look into like new content, mogs, remix power fun, artifacts

Did players not like legion ?

And time gating the content release. Still dont understand that one

The excitement may come back in time, but imagine that you were told “Hey you’re getting this amazing new car, all expenses paid. It has all the bells and whistles. It’s sleek and has a custom paint job… Oh and you have to pedal it like a bicycle to make it run”

I played legion when it was current, so have all the raid achieves, all the reps exalted, nearly all the dungeon achieves, all the explore achieves, all the class mounts, and a MT appearance on my main. Not saying this to brag but explaining my ‘meh’ reaction to lemix. Hopefully there will be new stuff to do or new mog to grind that I’m desperate to have, or I’ll be back to retail pretty quick.

The last update I saw from soul so breezy was power level is back and once you reach max level you are able to just run through everything.

Time gating is probably going to be there because they want player to play remix and do content. And players who have invested the time will get significant benefit as we get closer to the end. Which I think is fair.

Just wait until it starts lol. Those who had complaints already voiced them, those who will have complaints. Will voice them in the future.

People don’t come to the forums to spread hype and positivity, this is known.

The timegating may work out in their favor and make it a bit more fun. A new area and raid every two weeks instead of being launched all at once should keep the game alive a bit longer I would think. It gives the playerbase clear objectives on what to complete, and since the raids can be run daily gives us 14 possible raids on each one while its current content.

Even though I do realize this is just about money and metrics for blizzard, I think the actual timegating won’t be so bad with how they have it laid out.

There is going to be housing items to grind if that helps at all. Plus a few new sets that were in the files but never released.

Because it’s gutted compared to MoP:Remix and I don’t have high expectations. I was excited when “Legion:Remix” implied the same treatment MoP got, but then reports started trickling in about how it was much weaker.

I will try, but I already canceled a month ago. I have a month left and I honestly don’t expect Remix to be good enough to make me re-up.

I dunno. Legion is easily my favorite out of the “Neo-WoW” xpacs (Cata onward) so I’m excited in theory, but I’ve still got some dangling Legion questlines and such on mainline WoW that I feel like I should complete instead.
