It would appear that the Legion Remix Hunter order hall quest chain is bugged. I see a yellow ! on my map in Dalaran for a quest called Hunter to Hunter. It was never there so I ignored it. But now my quest log for the Hunter Order Hall says to continue the campaign by accepting the quest Hunter to Hunter in Dalaran. Yet it’s not here. WoWHead says it should be here, but it isnt.

if you already have an artifact weapon, this quest is obsolete
go see Emmarel and see if she offers any of the quests which are further along in the chain.
She doesnt have any quests for me. She in the hunter hall with no quests. Makes the campaign unable to be continues. frustrating

when you go to the flight master in dal, is there a specific option to fly to trueshot lodge?
no. but the eagle keeper does. been there collected all of the artifact weapons. even hit 80 just stuck on this quest. tried a ticket got turned down with a link to wowhead. which has zero info except to pick up the quest from someone who isnt there.

A similar thing happened here in the weapon hunter quest. I remade the character and got the 3 weapons, starting for the one weapon I couldn’t get in the end. I believe it might have happened when I changed the game’s language and voice. Try relogging, reloading the game may help too. AI Copilot may also help you. You should wait for the GM answer first if you prefer. Peace and All Good! Thank you very much. Have a good game!
I hope this finds everybody well. I was able to fix this by speaking to Emmarel in Trueshot Lodge. Seems like the questline in the objectives tab insists you compete Hunter to Hunter. Just find your most recent quest and follow chain of command until you catch up. Hope this helps!

So… i’m stuck in this same problem. Just killed hakkar. And the “Legionfall campaign” says to comtinue order hall campaign and “hunter order hall” says get hunter to hunter in dalaran.

Would really like to finish this so I can get my class hall mount already.
If you’ve killed Hakkar and don’t know where to go next, go back to the lodge, get your heroic weapons. Then, go to Broken Shore and complete Champions of Legionfall. Then, go back to the lodge and there should be the next quest. Hope this helps. GLHF!
Death hunter moorgoth is in the truest lodge to the left by the bartender. Talk to him and run through his dialog options. Emmanuel will appear by the front door to give you your new artifact appearance.
I got the quest from her to strengthen my weapon or whatever, but she doesn’t appear in Dalaran to give me the “Hunter to Hunter” quest.
You need to finish this chain, in order to get your class mount, also need it to get the hidden achievement for remix, about all classes completed. And its bugged. Can blizzard ever do anything right? always want to put some bs prereq to do this. And yes, stuck at hunter to hunter for the class chain
OK, picked up the last weapon quest from lodge, but didnt start it. then went back to maev on the isle, and got the champions of legionfall from maiev(prior to picking up the last it didnt show). got achievement (turned in at maiev). flew back to lodge. got quest investigate suramar. and that led to the mount. (with hunter to hunter still showing in dalarn). Hope this helps someone, as Bliz is a complete useless waste
Finish the Champion of Legion Fall quest wich you can once you power up your weapon and did the small Kadgar quest to Broken shore.
