Should they add a Class Hall and where would it be located?

I want a two-handed sword for Devastation! Augmentation like with druid’s Feral a “dual-wield” claw set that goes in one hand. Legendary shoulders that give you the Hydra look, a dragon head on each side.

Like I said in the several “Will they give evokers a class hall?” threads made prior to DF’s release, no. They didn’t give DHs or evokers any special treatment in MoP Remix, I doubt that would change with Legion.
Evokers never had a class hall because the class was not known to the world when the Legion invaded. As stated above, a Legion Remix would more likely omit class halls and artifacts entirely and everything would go straight from point A to point B, like MoP Remix did. In-universe, the infinite dragons aren’t going to will an entire order of evokers into existence. Out of universe, the devs aren’t going to design Legion content almost a decade late for a class that didn’t exist during that expansion.
I kinda wished that they did add an order hall and campaign for Evokers when TWW launched. As Evokers have access to Chromie Time now.
To explain why Evokers would be present in the Broken Isles despite being in stasis during that time, you could frame it as they are on a time patrol for the Bronze Dragonflight. Some dark force, say some members of the Infinite Dragonflight are trying to change the outcome of Legion for some reason. And you have to put a stop to it. The order hall can be the the Timeways we see in the Dawn of the Infinite dungeon.
I mean non-evoker Dracthyr have access to their classes order halls simply because you are running a timewalking campaign (aka Chromie Time), so time travel is already involved.
I’m all for more involvement and activity from members of both the Bronze & Infinite Dragonflights; I enjoyed Thaldraszus (Temporal Conflux + Eon’s Fringe) and MoP Remix much more because of them–More timeywimey shenanigans! 
I’d love if Evokers could get their own stuff in a Legion Remix 
but I’m not holding my breath–I’d just be tickled to get recolored artifact druid forms from an updated ‘remix’ Mage Tower. 
I didn’t have WoW back then, and I’m saddened I missed out on being a sparklekitty… 
But this way then people who want their ‘exclusivity’ of the Mage Tower designs can keep it, while anyone can earn new ones!

While they may not add it, I think they will.
They’re two of the core features from that expansion. I wouldn’t imagine they would leave just 1 of the 13 classes hanging from the experience people want to re-live.
And I agree with Denona that the Order Hall should be in the Timeways.
What about Retail? It didn’t exist back then, so it wouldn’t make since to add it to remix unless they add it to retail.
Counter: But who’s to say that after remix ends, they won’t add the Order Hall to retail. Especially if it were in the Timeways, it would have no affect on the world, but would then exist solely for those seeking the transmogs or achievements.
lets pretend evokers never existed
Transmog is the name of the game for Legion. You have Artifact weapons that comes in multiple models and colors earned throughout the entire expansion. Then you have specialized Legendary items that can also have somewhat unique or iconic appearances.
I expect them add Artifact weapons for Evokers even if its just to collect appearances. I would like to see a Staff for Preservation, Two-Handed Sword for Devastation, and Dual-Wield Dragon Claws for Augmentation.

No. Remix storyline is going back and revisiting the events of the past, not making new ones.
Legion Remix would probably cut out the systems anyway, just like Mists cut out the farm.
Rather than an Evoker class experience, we should have a Bronze Dragon flight order that focuses on stopping an Infinite Dragonflight plot to disrupt the Legion’s defeat.
This would be the order for all classes that weren’t present in Legion.

If remix has order hall quest chains they’ll probably just stick Evokers into the Mage hall with a few dialogues telling you to blend in.
Maybe for a remix version of artifact weapons they’ll give us weapons we upgrade without artifact talents but stick our skill gems into the weapons this time.
I know they won’t but if they did it would be really funny if it was like the little Infinite Dragonflight hideouts that were scattered all over Pandaria Remix.
Make the Evoker “Order Hall” one of Eternus’ time bubbles and the Evoker Hall quest line being nudging things back into place behind the scenes to keep the timeline clean.
This is basically what I figured. Rather than plopping an new Order Hall into an old story, if they give Evoker’s something it will prolly be tied to the Bronze/Infinites. Honestly, I am okay with that.
