When Legion remix was released and I logged in on the first day, my remix warrior found the protection hidden artifact appearance in that cave I used it, but until today it never show up in my transmog collection, I tried so many times log out and log in, either of my retail warrior and remix warrior can found it in trasmog collection. The only solution now if I want to transmog it in remix is getting it on my retail warrior, but no lucky at all, don’t know what is going on. Also the new Illusion Felshatter, it show completed in my achievement, but I also can’t use it, created a ticket but it says the average wait time is 4 days… Anyone else encountered the same problem?

Working as intended, we aren’t supposed to get Legion relic appearances.
So what do they mean when blue post say you can get all the appearances except the Mage Tower appearance in remix ?
It just doesn’t make any sense, I don’t think is intended?
Exact same problem with the prot warrior hidden artifact appearance. I wrote a ticket aswell , got a repsonse the support team doesn’t deal with such issues and i should submit a bug report.

unlocked in remix requires log out to be effective, but is been a week, countless time of log out and log in, still not showing up in collection. Many warrior players are having the same issue, anyone from blizzard can you check the bug and please fix it? Thank You!

i have the same problem they send me here xd…i take the shield from the cave and click it from my bag,but nothing happen on my transmog UI ,no with that toon ,no with alters ,no on reatail …idk what to do
Sooo we can’t unlock any artifact appearances? Just finished my warriors order hall and it showed the appearance in the cut scene then poof it was gone, and it’s not in my transmogs.
They said you could earn everything EXCEPT mage tower. What gives.
EDIT: Correction I needed to log out for the appearances to appear in the transmog this makes perfect sense.

logged out after clicking the shield. multiple times. still not showing up in my transmog… so annoying…
yeah is has been 2 weeks for me, I got it the first day remix launch, GM told me they can’t do anything but notify the development team, and now still not fix. I’m hoping they will fix it when phase 2 launch, one of the reason we play this mode is transmog, so is really frustrating. The only solution I can think of now is getting it in retail, because you have forge in retail, but no luck at all.
Is Wednesday after phase 2 reset, but is still bug. One of the biggest reason for me to play remix is transmog, it took GM 5 days to respond me they can’t do anything and is bugged since day one, is so frustrated. What’s the point of playing remix when they said you can get the transmog but because of a bug you can’t trasmog it and they don’t even care to fix it.
