I have never had such a hard time colleting armor sets then from the legion raids.
Every other expansion with the exception being classic era and Wod raids have tier tokens that drop, that give you or lets you, buy said tier sets . In Legion and Wod however it drops right from the boss, and it adds twice the challenge to farm
For tier tokens, usually 2-3 drop from a raid boss 2 as minimum standard, and there are usually 4 types of said token 5 in SL. So that’s a 1in4 chance that of the 2-3 tier drops being a tier piece you can use. So usually it takes 1-3 runs to get said tier set piece unless you run into the oddly cursed replica drops.
In Legion its 2 drops out of 12 different classes so its about a 1in6 chance or 16.67% chance for said drop you can use, every kill. Unlike the tier tokens where its gonna be quite likely you get something of use being said tokens are tied to multiple classes
Even Wod’s farming is easier with 3 tier drops, and only 11 classes to pull from or 27.27%
And BFA has the benifit of having all the armor be non tier and only armor type restricted, so 1/4 chance 25% times # of drops
I’ve been farming legion raids for the DH sets and I have never been more upset farming Antorus and seeing every other cloak drop for the 15th time with 2 DH’s 
So it would be nice to see either twice as many tier drops for legacy raids or to have them be placed in tier tokens. That is all.
