Legion quests "Runas The Shamed" and "The Consumed" bugged

Good evening,

The 2 quests “Runas the Shamed” and “The Consumed” are both bugged. The NPC to turn them into Senegos, is showing as 22 yards below the surface, instead of being where you can interact with him. I have relogged, disabled add ons, reset UI, grouped up, and dropped and redid the quests. Senegos is clearly bugged.

Same issue, the projection is under the map, about 22yds away and cannot continue this quest line. Please fix

Same issue here. Did all the basic checks the OP did with no success in fixing it.
