Please bring them back to those locations, portals shouldn’t be removed just because that expansion is no longer the main story, every green features, This would take less than a hour to put them back. Get ion to rubber stamp it.
If you have one of the quests that actually points to one of the portals, then the portal should be there (temporarily) for use with the quest. If it’s not, then report it as a bug for that specific quest using either the bug report forum or the in game bug report tool.
