Legion professions on diff alts?

I already did most if not all the tailoring professions on a horde.

Does Blizzard have a way to skip most of them on an ally alt or other alts?

Nope. Nor would even a same-faction alt get a pass.

Legion profession advancement is on a strictly per-character basis. The only advantage possible to alts is potentially a ready pool of materials in other characters’ banks.
